Victorian Street POC

Our client asked for a Proof of Concept turning a modern daytime street scene to a rainy Victorian night. The shot was cleaned of alarms, modern lamp posts, aerials, cars and replaced with gas lamp posts, gas lamps, a London horizon, smoke stacks and driving rain. They wanted to keep the cyclist in ! We used Maya to animate the CGI elements, rendered in Redshift and composited in Flame.
